Who we are

Monterro invests in and develops B2B software companies. That’s it. Our mission is to turn Nordic software companies into market leaders and global leaders within their niche. Our operational experience from building and managing b2b software businesses set us apart: We invest in software – we don’t plan to diversify. We come from operations – we are not bankers. We invest our own money – we don’t rely on others’ capital. Since 2012, Monterro has completed many platform and add-on investments. We manage four funds with a total value of EUR 1.1bn, and 25 percent of the managed capital come from our founders and employees. To support our portfolio companies with software development, we’ve set up Scandinavia Software Park in Vietnam. We know that it takes much more than just capital to successfully scale a software company.
