The Role & Team
You will be an active member of a small, focused implementation team. Your day-to-day work involves building and mainintaining and integrating backend systems that power real customer outcomes — not internal tooling. The team operates with a high degree of trust and expects you to take initiative.

Technical Skills
Required
- Strong, proven experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Solid back-end development skills — REST APIs, service design, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience building AI-first applications: integrating LLMs, building agentic workflows, or designing AI-native architecture — not just wrapping an API call.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM, ESP, or marketing technology platforms is a plus
- Experience with integration hubs or middleware platforms is a plus
The Mindset We Value
- You think outside the box — when everyone else follows the obvious path, you ask: “Can we do this smarter with longer-lasting results?”
- You see the big picture and understand how your work connects to and impacts other parts of the system
- You‘re proactive and self-directed — you don‘t wait to be told what to do next
- You care about customer outcomes, not just technical correctness
Communication
- Fluent, professional English — written and spoken
- Able to articulate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating with an international, remote-first team culture
